SRA APPROVED INSTALLERS

To ensure compliance with Australian Standards, Getting High on Maintenance will ensure that each safety anchor and static line is load tested and tagged EVERY 12 MONTHS. Once completed, you will be issued with an Anchorage Point Inspection Certificate. Non-compliant anchors cannot be used.

Our directors can also assess your building, recommend improvements, and provide you with a roof safety manual that complies with Work Cover legislation and Australian Standards. A roof safety manual is required for all anchor point systems, detailing the anchor installation, system operation, safety recommendations, rigging plan, roof plan, etc.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further information.

Height Safety Equipment Inspection

Our Height Safety Equipment Inspector can evaluate your equipment in compliance with AS 1891.4 2009.

Our inspector can perform on-site inspections of height safety equipment, including harnesses, lanyards, anchorage connectors, Type 1, 2 & 3 Fall Arrestors & Lifelines and complete the necessary documentation.

As stated in the reference, all regularly used equipment must undergo periodic inspection and, where applicable, servicing at the intervals recommended by the manufacturer. Harnesses, lanyards, and associated personal equipment, fall arrest devices, ropes, and slings require inspections every 6 months, with the exception of those used under harsh conditions, which are reduced to every 3 months.

During our inspection of your safety equipment, we will tag items if they are deemed okay and create a Safety Register, which will be provided in both hard and digital formats. If an item fails inspection, it will be rendered inoperable.
